Two bills presented in HoR, next session Thursday

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives of Nepal has been presented with the Representatives Election (First Amendment) Bill, 2083, along with the Voter List (First Amendment) Bill, 2083.

In a meeting of the House held on Wednesday, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam tabled the bills on behalf of Prime Minister Balen Shah.

Following the presentation of the legislative proposals, the session was adjourned and the next meeting of the House has been scheduled for Thursday at 11 AM on May 21.
