Gold, silver prices hit new record in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices in the Nepali market hit new records on Tuesday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 5,500, reaching Rs 267,200, up from Rs 261,700 on Monday.

Similarly, silver prices also rose, climbing from Rs 4,235 per tola on Monday to Rs 4,255 on Tuesday.
