Gold & silver prices drop today

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices declined in the Nepali market on Monday, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Federation.

The price of Chhapawal gold fell by Rs 3,000 per tola, settling at Rs 302,800 on Monday.

On the previous trading day, Sunday, Chhapawal gold was priced at Rs 305,800 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also saw a decline. Silver, which was trading at Rs 4,985 per tola on Sunday, dropped to Rs 4,860 per tola on Monday, the Federation said.
