Gold, silver prices drop tola

KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver declined in the Nepalese market on Thursday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of Chhapawal gold fell by Rs 600 per tola, trading at Rs 267,500.

On Wednesday, the same gold had been sold at Rs 268,100 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also dropped.

Silver, which traded at Rs 4,420 per tola on Wednesday, fell to Rs 4,400 per tola on Thursday, the association reported.
