Gold, silver prices drop

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices declined in the local market on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of fine gold fell by Rs 1,800 per tola, settling at Rs 292,700.

Similarly, silver dropped by Rs 105 per tola to Rs 4,810.

A day earlier, gold was traded at Rs 294,500 per tola, while silver stood at Rs 4,915 per tola.
