Gold & silver pices rise

KATHMANDU: In a reversal from the recent declining trend, gold and silver prices increased in the Nepalese market on Thursday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold surged by Rs 4,300 per tola, reaching Rs 304,700.

On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 300,400 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices rose by Rs 180 per tola, trading at Rs 5,060, up from Rs 4,880 on Wednesday.
