KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited celebrated its 19th anniversary by honoring 175 employees who have completed 15 years of dedicated service.

The recognition ceremony, held in Kathmandu, was graced by the bank’s Chair and President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Chandraprasad Dhakal.

Chair Dhakal, along with board members Radhesh Panta, Rambahadur Bhandari, Krishnaprasad Sharma, Madanlal Joshi, and Narayan Prasad Paudel, as well as CEO Surendra Raj Regmi and Deputy CEO Suman Pokharel, presented scarves and certificates to the employees.

Addressing the gathering, Chair Dhakal highlighted the bank’s growth through mergers and business expansion and emphasized the importance of delivering quality, technology-driven banking services.

He noted that in just 19 years since its establishment, Global IME Bank has emerged as a leader in most key financial indicators.

Chair Dhakal also stressed that the success of any institution relies not only on leadership but also on the teamwork, dedication, and commitment of its employees.

He expressed gratitude to all staff for their contributions toward making Global IME Bank an exemplary institution and urged them to continue performing their duties diligently.

CEO Surendra Raj Regmi said the bank is committed to providing timely, innovative, and customer-friendly services in the digital era, while Deputy CEO Suman Pokharel reaffirmed the bank’s dedication to offering high-quality banking services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in the coming years.
