DishHome unveils annual ISP & DTH bonus offers for New Year 2083

KATHMANDU: DishHome has introduced a range of attractive annual offers on its Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Direct-to-Home (DTH) services to mark the New Year 2083.

The company stated that the new bonus-based schemes are designed to provide additional value to customers amid rising operational costs and ongoing infrastructure expansion.

According to the company, the newly launched plans aim to increase annual renewals, attract customers toward higher-speed internet packages, and reactivate inactive users.

Special Offer on ISP Services

Under the ISP segment, existing customers who renew their annual subscription will receive bonus benefits ranging from 15 days to 60 days.

Customers renewing their service within 15 days before suspension will be eligible for an additional 30 days bonus. In total, customers can enjoy up to 90 days of bonus service.

A special “churn conversion offer” has also been introduced to reactivate customers whose services have been inactive for more than 30 days.

Under this scheme, eligible users will receive up to 90 days of bonus service upon reactivation.

Additionally, for new installations, customers subscribing to 200 Mbps or higher annual plans will benefit from a “Pay for 12, Enjoy 14” offer, which provides two months of additional service.

Bonus Plan for DTH Services

For DTH services, both regular and inactive customers renewing their annual subscription will receive a two-month bonus.

Customers who renew before service suspension will receive an additional one-month bonus, allowing a maximum of up to three months of bonus service.

The company clarified that this offer is applicable only to annual Multi-TV packages. Monthly and short-term plans remain unchanged.

Offer Period

The ISP renewal offer will be valid from April 3 to April 28, while the new installation offer will run throughout the month of Baishakh.

The DTH offer will continue until Ashadh.
