Dhungel of revolutionary won in Nepal Law Campus

KATHMANDU: Bishnu Dhungel has been elected president of Nepal Law Campus’s Free Student Union (FSU).

Dhungel became a candidate from the student organization Akhil (Revolutionary), close to the CPN (Maoist) Centre.

Dhungel received 591 votes, while Kailash Tamang of ANNFSU received 539 votes.

This is the first victory for the Akhil (Revolutionary) in the law campus election in 14 years.

Manoj Singh of NSU and Sanjita Nemwang of ANNFSU won as treasurer.
