Dev Khanal top-scored for Chitwan with 35 runs off 41 balls, including a boundary and a six.
Alpesh Ramjani contributed a quick 33 runs from 22 balls, hitting one four and two sixes, while captain Kushal Malla added 23 runs off 23 deliveries.
On the bowling side, Dhananjay Lakshan was the pick for Pokhara, taking 3 wickets.
Kiran Thagunna, Rohit Chand, and Bipin Khatri claimed one wicket each.
