Deuba reaffirms Congress’ full support for PM Oli
Deuba stated that he and Prime Minister Oli have been close friends since their time in prison together.
KATHMANDU: Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed full support for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Speaking at the launch of former Deputy Prime Minister Sujata Koirala’s autobiographical book “Ma Ra Mero Sanobuwa” at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday, Deuba stated that he and Prime Minister Oli have been close friends since their time in prison together.
He emphasized, “There is an agreement between Oli Ji and our party. We were in jail together, and he was even imprisoned within the prison. Our politics is in its place. Because of our time as jailmates, our relationship has always been good, and it continues to be so. There is no doubt that our relationship will remain positive going forward. Congress offers its full support.”
