KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, the chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), stated that the current two-thirds government would face difficulties, emphasizing that he was not speaking in haste or under pressure.

Lamichhane made the remarks in response to a journalist’s question after filing a petition at the Patan High Court against the Kathmandu District Court’s decision on Friday.

He mentioned that he would speak at the appropriate time, but for now, his statement was intended to alert the government. “If I speak now, it would make things difficult for the two-thirds government.

Perhaps it’s already difficult because of what I’ve said. When the time comes to speak, some voices will be silenced,” Lamichhane stated.

He further emphasized that the country was facing a serious situation, alleging that the government was in a vulnerable position and was hiding its shame by trying to cover up with various district courts. Lamichhane warned, “The time is coming, and I want to tell everyone: ‘Get ready for the revolution.'”
