National Life Insurance Company’s ‘Meet the CEO’ program concluded

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company organized a special ‘Meet the CEO’ dinner event for agents who successfully met their monthly target under the company’s incentive scheme.
Around 55 agents from Lumbini State, along with departmental heads and branch managers, attended the event where the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) presented tokens of appreciation to the top-performing agents.
The ceremony also honored the early qualifiers and those who achieved the Certificate of Excellence.
During the event, the CEO acknowledged the efforts of all agents and recognized those selected from Lumbini Province, congratulating them on their achievement of being among the 300 agents chosen nationwide.
The CEO also took the opportunity to discuss the company’s future plans and introduced the ‘Meet the CEO’ initiative.
The program offered agents the chance to directly interact with the CEO, which led to fruitful discussions about the challenges faced in the insurance business.
Participants expressed their satisfaction with the opportunity to raise concerns and suggestions for improvement, emphasizing the benefits of such interactive programs for both agents and the company.
The agents recommended that similar events be held in the future to continue strengthening the connection between agents and the leadership.
