National Life Insurance honors 400+ agents with CEO Club membership

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. honored over 400 agents who successfully achieved CEO Club membership from Lumbini State at Hotel Dreamland Gold Resort in Manigram.

The event, chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), was attended by departmental heads and branch managers from the state.

During the ceremony, agents were presented with CEO Club memberships, and top performers in their codes and regions were recognized with special awards for securing first, second, and third positions.

CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri lit a lamp to inaugurate the event. He also honored agents who achieved National Ratna status from the state with silver medals, certificates, and gifts featuring the National Life logo.

In his speech, the CEO highlighted that the company has been organizing similar recognition programs in other states like Madhesh, Gandaki, Koshi, and Bagmati, and that more such events will continue in the future. He also shared plans to extend the program to other states.

The CEO emphasized the success of the initiative, noting that over 2,000 agents from across Nepal had been selected for the program.

He introduced the CEO Club to eventually promote agents to the Chairperson Club, including those involved in small businesses, further motivating their hard work.

Business leaders honored as CEO Club members and National Ratna awardees expressed their pride in receiving recognition from the CEO and emphasized how it boosted their morale and affirmed their efforts.
