Garima Bank’s assistant CEO Regmi appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Regmi, who has been serving as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer since 2081 (2024), will officially assume his new role starting from Ashwin 1, 2081 (Sept 17, 2024).
KATHMANDU: In a recent decision made by the board of directors of Garima Bikas Bank Limited, held on Bhadra 31 (Sept 16), Anil Regmi has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank.
Regmi, who has been serving as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer since 2081 (2024), will officially assume his new role starting from Ashwin 1, 2081 (Sept 17, 2024).
Anil Regmi has also been fulfilling the responsibilities of the Company Secretary of Garima Development Bank since Chaitra 15, 2080 (March 28, 2024).
With approximately 13 years of experience in the banking sector, including 11 years at Janata Bank Limited and Century Commercial Bank Limited, Regmi brings significant expertise to his new role.
Before entering the banking sector, he was engaged in auditing and consultancy, with experience in national and international auditing for various organizations.
Garima Bikas Bank Limited, headquartered in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, operates 123 branches across the country, including 22 within the Kathmandu Valley, as well as 1 extension counter and 51 ATMs to serve its customers.
