KATHMANDU: Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited has organized the inaugural edition of “Jyoti’s Got Talent.”

Held on the occasion of the bank’s 16th anniversary, this event was designed to highlight the endless possibilities of creativity and innovation while honoring the diverse talents of employees and the children of their families.

The competition involved participants from the bank’s branches nationwide as well as the central office.

“Jyoti’s Got Talent 2024” featured five categories for employees: Dance, Music, Comedy, Painting, and Poetry. For children, seven categories were included: Dance, Music, Comedy, Painting, Magic, Calligraphy, and Poetry. The event saw enthusiastic participation across all categories.

The winners of this internal competitive event were announced on 9th Shrawan 2081 (Wednesday) during the bank’s 16th-anniversary celebration. Congratulations were extended to the winners by the bank’s Chair, Mr. Hari Chandra Khadka, and the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kapil Dhakal.

Through this program, the bank aims to promote creative skills among employees, enhance self-confidence, and provide a platform for children to showcase their talents. The event not only highlighted the multifaceted skills of employees but also served as an opportunity to encourage and recognize exceptional talents beyond banking skills.
