KKR claims top spot in IPL points table with convincing win over LSG

KATHMANDU: In an Indian Premier League (IPL) match, Kolkata Knight Riders secured a remarkable victory by 98 runs against Lucknow Super Giants, elevating them to the top of the points table.

Having lost the toss, Kolkata began batting and posted a formidable total of 235 runs, despite losing 6 wickets.

Lucknow fell short in their chase, being all out for 137 runs in 16.1 overs, chasing a target of 236 runs.

With this win, Kolkata now leads the table with 16 points, while Lucknow remains in fifth place with 12 points.
