Ilam by-election: UML’s Nemwang continues to lead in vote count

KATHMANDU: UML’s lead in the by-election of the House of Representatives held in Ilam Constituency No. 2 is widening.

According to the latest results, UML’s Suhang Nemwang has a lead of 2,853 votes.

He got 9,484 votes followed by Dumbar Khadka of Congress who got 6,631 votes.

Dakendra Singh Thegim, an independent candidate of identity party, got 5951 votes and Milan Limbu of RSP got 1401 votes.
