President Poudel appoints Raya as Auditor General & Shakya as NA member

KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel has appointed Toyam Raya as the Auditor General of Nepal, in accordance with Article 240(2) of the Constitution.

The appointment was made on Wednesday, April 18.

Similarly, President Poudel has also endorsed Dr. Anjan Shakya as a member of the National Assembly, as per Section (k) of Clause 2 of Article 86 of the Constitution, upon the recommendation of the Government of Nepal.

The endorsement was made on Monday, April 15.
