KATHMANDU: In the final group stage match of the ACC Premier Cup Cricket Tournament, Saudi Arabia sets Nepal a target of 74 runs.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the game was interrupted in the 8th over. After losing the toss and batting first, Saudi Arabia managed to score 73 runs, losing 7 wickets within the allotted 8 overs.

For Nepal, Karan KC and Abinash Bohara each took 2 wickets, while Lalit Rajbanshi and Pratish GC took 1 wicket apiece.

Nepal, competing in Group A, had previously won all three matches played. They defeated Malaysia by 5 wickets in the first match, Qatar by 32 runs in the second match, and Hong Kong by 8 wickets in the third match.

In today’s match, Nepal aims to maintain their undefeated streak against Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has won one match and lost two in their previous encounters, suffering a 12-run defeat against Malaysia and a 55-run loss to Hong Kong, while they defeated Qatar by 15 runs.
