KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Capital coordinated a financial literacy program in collaboration with Nepal Life Insurance from March 18 to March 24, coinciding with the “Global Money Week” celebrated worldwide.

The program aimed to conduct interactive sessions on topics like stock market, investment, and risk mitigation at five different locations.

Under the theme “Investing for a Bright Future,” the primary objective was to provide basic financial literacy to the general public. The program was held outside the valley in Nepalgunj on March 18, Kohalpur on March 19, Dhangadhi on March 20, Mahendranagar Bazaar and Kanchan Campus on March 21.

The main focus of the program was to educate the general public about the impact of stock market, risks, and returns.

Participants received information on investment methods, potential future benefits from early investment, and risks associated with investment.

The program benefited around 500 participants.
