KATHMANDU: Nepal ‘A’ is set to clash with Ireland ‘A’ in an upcoming T20 series, starting today.
The series opener is set to kick off at 1 pm today at the Tribhuvan University (TU) Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
Under the captaincy of Binod Bhandari, Nepal ‘A’ is ready for a challenging three-match T20 and one-day series against Ireland ‘A’.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the squad lineup for both the T20 and ODI matches.
Today marks the beginning of the T20 series, with Nepal ‘A’ facing Ireland ‘A’ at TU Ground in Kirtipur.
The series continues with the second match on Friday and concludes with the final showdown on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the one-day series against Ireland ‘A’ is scheduled to start on April 3.
With prior experience, Ireland ‘A’ arrives after competing in a two-match T20I series against the national team.
However, Nepal emerged victorious in both matches, setting the stage for an exciting series ahead.
