KATHMANDU: In alignment with Nepal Rastra Bank’s initiatives, Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has successfully concluded various financial literacy programs across the country as part of Global Money Week 2024, starting from the auspicious date of 2080/12/05.

Under this campaign, the bank organized financial literacy programs in different schools and campuses through seven branches across seven states, reaching over 3,000 students to raise awareness about the importance of financial education.

The program, titled “Protect Your Money, Save Your Future,” aimed to educate youth on financial knowledge, savings, attitudes, financial inclusion, services provided by banks, and the precautions necessary while using them.

As a joint venture partner with Punjab National Bank of India, EBL has been serving its customers since its inception, with nearly 1.3 million satisfied customers nationwide.

With its extensive network of 128 branches, 3 extension counters, 7 regional offices, and 164 ATMs, the bank provides modern mobile and internet banking facilities along with SMS banking services globally.

Additionally, EBL plays a vital role in revenue collection for the Nepalese government, operating 32 collection centers for revenue collection services.
