Mayor Hamal’s daughter found, expresses gratitude to everyone

KATHMANDU: Aarati, daughter of Kailali Sub-Metropolitan City’s Mayor Gopal (Gopi) Hamal, has been found safe.

She was unreachable since Monday but was located in good health on Wednesday.

Aarati, who had traveled to India for Osho meditation, lost contact while traveling from Goa on Monday and was last seen near the Vasco Da Gama Bridge.

Upon receiving information about her being unreachable, Mayor Hamal appealed to the public for assistance in finding her.

Expressing gratitude to everyone for their support, Mayor Hamal shared the news of his daughter’s safe return through social media. He thanked all those involved in the search efforts, including the well-wishers, fellow Nepali brothers and sisters residing in Goa, and extended his heartfelt appreciation.
