Over 400 foreign climbers set to ccale Mt. Everest this spring season

KATHMANDU: Over 400 foreign climbers are preparing to summit Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak, from the Nepal side in the upcoming spring season.

Rishi Bhandari, General Secretary of the Expedition Operators Association Nepal, disclosed that bookings for expeditions suggest a minimum of 400 foreign climbers are set to undertake the ascent.

The participants include Seven Summit Treks with 65 climbers, 8K Expeditions with 45 climbers, Furtenbach Adventures with 40 climbers, and Imagine Nepal Treks managing three teams, each comprising 35 foreign climbers.
