With the introduction of this service, new customers can now open accounts online and conduct account operations by verifying their identity through video KYC.
Through the video KYC service, customers can open accounts without physically visiting the bank, as they will be guided to fill out the necessary forms and complete the account opening process remotely.
The bank emphasizes that customers will not be required to visit the bank for the completion of the KYC form or the opening of a new account.
This service enables Nepali citizens residing within the country or abroad to open accounts online with the bank, regardless of their location, allowing them to access banking services 24/7 from anywhere in the world and activate their accounts through the video KYC service.
Furthermore, essential documents required for opening a new account and verifying customer identity can now be certified and verified through online video authentication.
The bank currently provides customers with the convenience of opening accounts online, eliminating the hassle of physically visiting the bank, with the use of the video KYC service.
