Buddha Air launches ‘Cargo Tracking’ feature in its cargo service
He has asked customers to use the cargo service provided by Buddha Air's cargo office in Sinamangal and the airport.
KATHMANDU: Since many years, Buddha Air has been providing passengerss with safe flying services. Passengers may easily reach their destinations thanks to Buddha Air’s domestic and international flights.
There is also a special ‘Customer Service’ for handicapped, sick, disabled, elderly, pregnant women, and young children who cannot travel alone and wish to fly by Buddha Air.
Buddha Air also provides freight service to customers. Sushil Pokharel, in charge of Buddha Air’s customer care division, stated that Buddha Air provides cargo services from all out stations.
He said that goods such as urgent cargo, perishable, medicines, valuable cargo and documents are delivered to the customer’s destination through the cargo service.
How safe is Buddha Air’s cargo service?
Buddha Air’s cargo service, ‘CN,’ assures 100% safety as it introduces self-cut and dispatch options, according to Sushil Pokharel, in-charge of Buddha Air’s customer service division.
Pokharel went on to say, “If it is flown by Buddha Air after cutting CN, then its cargo is 100% safe.”
He has asked customers to use the cargo service provided by Buddha Air’s cargo office in Sinamangal and the airport.
It is also possible to track the items by visiting to Buddha Air’s website and application and entering the cargo number obtained by the customer. He went on to explain, “By entering the cargo number on the website and the application, one can see where the cargo has reached from home.”
Pokharel, the in-charge, asked the customers to send the cargo fearlessly.
He said, “Recently, there have been complaints that there has been online fraud by selling the name of Buddha Air, editing our consignment and putting your name on it.” We have gone to legal treatment in previous cases as well. Even now, Buddha Air will not tolerate any fraud in any case using Buddha Air’s name. We will proceed with the legal process. Therefore, I would like to request everyone to be aware.
Pokharel, the in-charge, stated that the Buddha Air firm will not accept any online fraud under the guise of Buddha Air and will take legal action if it occurs.
Customers are requested to contact Buddha Air and get correct information about the person or company carrying the goods if they suspect any fraud.
