KATHMANDU: A hearing is being held today in the Supreme Court regarding the District Administration Office of Kathmandu’s decision to issue a ban order on Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu.

Advocate Swagat Nepal filed a writ case at the Supreme Court Monday, claiming that the prohibitory order was decided to restrict citizens’ freedom to freely assemble without arms.
