Laxmi Sunrise expands its services in Biratnagar

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Sunrise has relocated its branch to expand its services in Biratnagar Metropolitan City.

The bank has relocated one of its two branches in Hanuman Das Road, Biratnagar Metro-7 to a new location in Puspalal Chowk of Biratnagar Metro-3, about 5 KM north of the previous location.

Customers of the relocated branch can still access services at the remaining branch in the same area at Hanuman Das Road, Biratnagar Metro-7.

With this move, the Bank will now be able to expand its services in newer and previously underserved areas.

The newly relocated branch is equipped to offer a full range of retail banking services to its customers and expand its services to small and large businesses.

Additionally, to provide a more organized and consolidated service to its customers, the Bank has merged 2 of its branches in Birtamode and started joint operations from the location of erstwhile Sunrise Bank, i.e. Mukti Chowk, Birtamode Municipality – 4, Jhapa.

Similarly, 2 of branches at Hakimchowk, Bharatpur have also merged and will provide services to the customers from location of erstwhile Laxmi Bank, i.e. Hakimchowk, Bharatpur Metro-10.

Laxmi Sunrise’s network, now, comprises of 256 branches across 59 districts, 321 ATMs, 28 extension counters, and 131 Branchless banking agents.

The Bank actively promotes green banking and digital channels such as Mobile and Internet Banking to complement the growing number of branches as a part of ‘bricks and clicks’ strategy allowing customers to reach us through a channel of their choice.
