Kiran Poudel as Company Secretary of NICLBSL

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has appointed Kiran Poudel as its Company Secretary.

The 184th meeting of the board of directors was convened today, Friday morning, at 10 a.m., when it was resolved to appoint Poudel as the organization’s company secretary.

Poudel was the Chief Strategy Officer of this organization before being appointed as Company Secretary.

Previously, Bishal Upreti, who was functioning as the chief risk officer of this corporation, was also the corporate secretary of this organization.

Poudel took over as company secretary of the organization after the board of directors meeting accepted the applicant’s resignation.
