Heavy rains in five states today (three-day forecast)

KATHMANDU: The Monsoon low-pressure line is currently located to the north of Sardar.

According to the Weather Forecast Division, a low-pressure region in Nepal’s central mid-state and surrounding areas is also affected.

As a result, mild to moderate rains are currently falling in several areas around the country, with typical to total change.

There will be a general change across the country in the afternoon.

There is a chance of mild to moderate rain in some mountainous sections of the country, including Sudurpaschim and a few other spots in the state. Heavy rain with lightning is also possible in one or two areas in Sudurpaschim State.

Across the country, there will be normal to total change at night.

There is a chance of mild to moderate rain in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini states, as well as a few other states. Heavy rain with lightning is possible in one or two spots in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini states.
