Tuesday’s weather outlook: mild to moderate rain

KATHMANDU: The monsoon low-pressure line is to the north of Sardar.

According to the Weather Forecast Division, there is partial to normal rain across the country, with light rain occurring in a couple of spots in the hilly parts of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali states.

Across the country, the sky will be partly to partly cloudy in the afternoon.

There is a chance of mild to moderate rain in the Koshi and Gandaki States, as well as in a few other states.

There is a chance of light to moderate rain in some areas of Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki states, as well as one or two other states, at night.

The department also warned of the probability of severe rain with lightning in one or two areas in Koshi and Madhesh states.
