MoU between Citizens Bank & Hotpizz Restaurant and Regal Hetauda

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited, Hotpizz Restaurant, and Regal Hetauda Resort in Hetauda have signed a memorandum of understanding.

As per the agreement, Citizens Bank customers will receive special discounts at Hotpizz Restaurant and Regal Hetauda.

Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive a 10% discount at Hotpizz Restaurant and a 15% discount at Regal Hetauda Resort as a result of the deal.

The bank believes that the customers of the bank will benefit from this kind of cooperation and will be motivated from cash transactions to digital transactions.

The bank has been introducing customer-friendly features from time to time to increase the use of digital banking channels and to encourage customers to make payments through digital channels.
