KATHMANDU: Today, the Supreme Court is going to give its verdict on the application for habeas corpus filed by the accused in the case of obtaining government signatures and documents to maintain the government land of Lalita Niwas in the name of a person.

The ruling in six linked cases, as well as the arrest petition filed by current Secretary Krishna Bahadur Raut, former Election Commission Commissioner Sudhir Kumar Shah, Bhatbhateni Department Store owner Min Bahadur Gurung, and ex-employee Dharma Prasad Gautam, will be declared today.

This issue has been continuously heard in the Supreme Court since Monday.
