Call to file a complaint against Shiva Shikhar & Image Cooperative
The police have requested to contact the district police office in Kaski with all documents of putting money in the cooperative, such as a passbook, voucher, statement, term certificate, and so on.
POKHARA: Image and Shiva Shikhar Multipurpose Cooperative, which is chaired by Dhorpatan Mayor Dev Kumar Nepali, have been summoned by Kaski Police to file a complaint.
The Kaski Police Department has issued a notice and asked savers to file a complaint after a preliminary inquiry revealed that the organization’s officials had not restored the shareholders’ deposits and had embezzled the cooperative’s cash.
The police have requested to contact the district police office in Kaski with all documents of putting money in the cooperative, such as a passbook, voucher, statement, term certificate, and so on.
Shiva Shikhar Multipurpose Cooperative has offices in Pokhara 5 Pasryang and Ward 14 Chauthe, and Image Cooperative has offices in Pokhara 8 Sirjana Chowk.
Both cooperatives relocated from Baglung to Pokhara as service offices.
The mayor, who is suspected of stealing the cooperative’s savings, has no touch with Nepali.
The Home Office has already notified the Immigration Office in order to prevent him from travelling abroad.
The Nepalese are being sought by the police.
