Cyclist dies in bike hit

KATHMANDU: A 65-year-old Bharat Prasad Dahal, a cyclist and a resident of the same Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-12, died on Monday afternoon after a collision with a motorcycle (state 1-02-049 Pa 083) at Khanar Chowk, Sunsari, Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-12.

He was seriously injured in the collision and died during treatment at Birat Nursing Home, Biratnagar.

The motorcyclist has been detained by the police.

The police are conducting further investigations into the accident.
