Nabil Investments as United Ajod’s share registrar

KATHMANDU: Nabil Investment will act as the share registrar of United Ajod Insurance.

The company has inked an arrangement regarding the share registrar.

On Jestha 14 (May 28), United Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance Company merged to form United Ajod Insurance.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited Narayan Chaur Naxal will also handle all of the company’s securities transactions, share cancellation, name list updating, and so on.
