Vehicle now plays’ship-like’ messaging audio

KATHMANDU: The Department of Transport has introduced new rules for public vehicles.

For medium- and long-distance public transportation, the agency has introduced new regulations.

The Department of Transportation Management Procedures Guide, 2060 has two items under the subject that has been changed and added.

If the government’s new regulations are obeyed, public transportation for medium and long distances must now broadcast an audio message when they reach at their starting and destination points.
