Samsung launches a new service center at Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Samsung has officially launched their authorized service center at Mid-Baneshwor.

The new service center was inaugurated by Sung June Park, Managing Director of Samsung Nepal, and Dikesh Malhotra, President and CEO of IMS Group.

The ceremony was also attended by Samsung Nepal’ Director Mr. Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Service Head, Mr. Rajan Bhattarai, and the Sales Head of IMS Group, Mr. Kailash Iyer and mobile distributors of the region.

The firm opened its 21st authorized care Center in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, with the goal of providing exceptional after-sales care and continuing client service. Samsung has already opened 5 authorized service facilities in the capital valley and another 15 outside the valley, for a total of 20 authorized service centers. The new service facility is at Kathmandu 31, Devkota Marga, Mid-Baneshwor, House No.956, next to Venus Hospital.

The company believes that the newly disclosed service center will be able to deliver a dependable and accessible service. The company tells Samsung mobile users with or without a warranty on their devices that repair-related services will be provided.

Customers in Baneshwor, Koteshwor, Chabahil, Boudha, and the neighboring areas can expect to profit from this service facility, according to Samsung. With the largest service network in Nepal, this new addition will help the organization provide timely services to their consumers.
