KATHMANDU: The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBB) has been completed today, Sunday.

The bank’s general meeting was conducted at the Siddhartha Boutique Hotel in Bouddha Kathmandu.

The assembly has passed bonus shares worth 138.5 million rupees at the rate of 4.41 percent of the current paid-up capital of 3 billion 142.5 million rupees 4.41 percent from the profits of the last financial year and 7.2 million 92 cash dividends for tax purposes at 0.2321 percent.

Similarly, the Assembly has passed several proposals, including identifying banks and financial institutions for the purpose of acquiring and merging any suitable banks and financial institutions, as well as signing a memorandum of understanding and authorizing the board of directors to act if deemed appropriate.

The bank closed its books on Baisakh 15 (April 28) in preparation for the general meeting and dividend. As a result, only permanent owners will get the dividend until Baisakh 14 (April 27).
