Prabhu Capital appointed as share registrar of Makar Jitumaya
The agreement was signed by Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited President Himal Gurung and Prabhu Capital Limited Chief Executive Officer Aashish Gauchan.
KATHMANDU: Prabhu Capital Limited and Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited have inked a share registrar agreement to carry out share registrar activity.
The agreement was signed by Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited President Himal Gurung and Prabhu Capital Limited Chief Executive Officer Aashish Gauchan.
Prabhu Capital Limited, as the share registrar, shall retain records of all Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited securities transactions and will update the shareholders’ accounts.
Currently, Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited is promoting the Suri Khola hydropower project, which has a capacity of 6.4 megawatts of electricity, while the physical progress of the Upper Suri Khola hydropower project, which has a capacity of 7 megaga, is 85 percent.
