Citizens Bank extended two services simultaneous

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International has expanded the Kiosk service started from Durbar Marg branch in Kathmandu to other locations as well.

During a ceremony on Saturday, Ganesh Raj Pokharel, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, launched this service at the Kalanki and Naya Bazar branches in Kathmandu, the Biratnagar branch in Koshi State, the Birgunj branch in Madhesh province, and the Hospital Line branch in Lumbini State.

The bank has also expanded its ATM service to 5 branches in Koshi State, Madhesh State, Sindhuli in Bagmati State, and Kolhuwa in Bharatpur and Gandaki State.

In addition, the Chief Executive Officer stated that there is a plan to expand such services to other bank branches as needed in the near future.

Customers will initially be able to access services such as viewing their bank account details, printing bank account statements, and clearing check deposits without the assistance of bank employees via the Kiosk service.
