POKHARA: The trial of Paul Shah’s case has concluded in Pokhara’s High Court.

Nawalpur district court sentenced him to two and a half years in prison for child abuse.

Shah filed an appeal against the court’s decision in the higher court.

Judge Dilliraj Acharya and Sridhara Kumari Pudasaini presided over his case. Tanahun acquitted Paul in the case of minor in the coercion.

The Nawalpur court also found no evidence of coercion. He was, however, convicted of child sexual abuse. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, a Rs 25,000 fine, and Rs 1 million in compensation.
