KATHMANDU: Namrata Shrestha, an actress, has been nominated as an advisor for the Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF).

NIFF Chair KP Shrestha issued a statement in which he announced that she had been nominated.

The 6th Nepal International Film Festival will take place from March 16 to 20.

According to reports, 14 awards will be given out of 95 short films, short films, documentaries, and animated films from 35 countries that were selected and advanced to the second stage of NIFF this year.

NIFF will also host a number of creative programs (seminars, interactions). Pathak stated that actress Shrestha will be involved in all of these programs as a consultant.

NIFCO’s chief advisors are actor and director Nir Shah, actor Sunil Thapa, director Tsering Rhitar Sherpa and Indian film writer and critic Premendra Majumdar.
