Nine arrested with brown sugar from Siraha
According to the police, 1 digital drug weighing machine, 8 mobile phones, 4 motorcycles and Rs 4,885 in cash were recovered from them.
JANAKPURDHAM: Siraha police arrested nine people from Nawarajpur Rural Municipality-2 Majhaura for possession of the drug brown sugar. The police team of the area police office Jhanjpatti raided the house of Omprakash Yadav and arrested 9 people with 28 grams of a white substance that resembled brown sugar.
Those arrested are landlord Yadav, 22-year-old Amit Kumar Yadav of the same municipality , 25-year-old Devram Kumar Yadav, 51-year-old Madankumar Chaudhary of Lahan Municipality 12, 23-year-old Narsingh Chaudhary, 27-year-old Irfan Hussain of Lahan Municipality 5, Krishna Paswan, 19-year-old of Lahan Municipality-1, 23-year-old Ramesh Paswan of Saptari Shambhunath Municipality-12 Arnaha and 22-year-old Suresh Kumar Paswan of Saptari Shambhunath Municipality.
