BIRATNAGAR: Prem Bahadur Shrestha, an eighth-grade computer officer with the State 1 Parliament Secretariat, was killed in a motorcycle accident.
Shrestha, who was was traveling from Dharan to Biratnagar, was involved in an accident on the border between Biratnagar Metropolitan City and Budhiganga Rural Municipality on Morning.
According to police, Shrestha died while being treated at Birat Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Budhiganga.
Shrestha met a scooter at the gate of Biratnagar Metropolitan City Ward No. 4 while driving from Dharan to the office in the morning.
According to the traffic police, the motorcycle with the number 1-04-001 B 0007 was crossing the road and colliding with the scooter with the number 38 P 5387 as it was driving from the house at Dharan-7 in Sunsari towards Biratnagar.
He was rushed to the hospital following the accident, but he died during treatment. Roshan BK, a scooter driver from Budhiganga Rural Municipality Ward No. 2, was also injured.
