Low pressure system entering Nepal, chances of rain in these states

KATHMANDU: Although there is currently no significant weather system in Nepal, meteorologists have predicted that a western low pressure system will enter the country from the far west this evening.

According to the Weather Forecast Division, there is a chance of light rain in one or two locations in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim State, Karnali State, and Lumbini State on Monday night.

There is a chance of light snowfall in a few places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Sudurpaschim State, Karnali State, and Gandaki State.

There is a chance of light rain in a few areas of Sudurpaschim State, Karnali State, Lumbini State, and Gandaki State on Tuesday as well.

There is a chance of light to moderate snowfall in some areas of Sudurpaschim State, Karnali State, and Gandaki State’s high hills and Himalayan areas.
