Publishing NC manifesto postponed until Monday

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has announced that the party’s election manifesto publicity campaign has been postponed.

According to a statement issued by the party’s chief secretary, Krishna Prasad Paudel, the Sunday program has been rescheduled for Monday.
