KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai’s Nepal Socialist Party (NSP) has released its election manifesto.

The manifesto was released by the party on Sunday. Bhattarai, who has decided not to run in the upcoming representative and state assembly elections, has released the party’s manifesto, stating that it is unnecessary for a person who has served as prime minister multiple times to run in the parliamentary elections.

Baburam, who has made domestic production and employment his main slogan, has set goals such as providing access to quality education and health care for all, access to health services for all, a corruption-free government, an environmentally friendly lifestyle, and prosperity with the guarantee of democracy for all.

Bhattarai has also included in his manifesto his development work and contributions as finance minister and prime minister.
