KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives impeachment recommendation committee has summoned suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana for additional questions.
After the statement of suspended Chief Justice JB Rana was completed, he was summoned for the supplementary questions at 9 a.m. today.
The committee met with the advocates named by suspended Chief Justice JB Rana during his statement on Thursday.
Purnaman Shakya, Harihar Dahal, Shambhu Thapa, Chandeshwor Shrestha, Raman Shrestha, and advocates Omprakash Aryal and Lilamani Paudel were among those who spoke with the committee.
The committee took statements from the suspended Chief Justice JB Rana on August 31, Sept 1, 8, and 10.
